1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Must have worked on the approved CNS Substitute list for three months or have certifiable food production experience. 3. Must be physically able to handle job duties. 4. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
1. Must complete the O.N.E. Course within the first year of employment. 2. Individual maybe assigned any aspect of food preparation or sanitation. 3. Must maintain an acceptable level of personal hygiene. 4. Must attend in-service training as provided by the CNS Department. 5. Standard recipes will be followed in preparation of all food items. 6. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. 7. Must maintain a good attendance record. 8. Must be able to stand, bend, and squat continuously for entire shift.

SALARY: Ten-month year. Pay Grade 26
