Looking for a service-orientated restaurant manager to manage our high volume, fast pace, large capacity restaurant.
Oversee all operations in the restaurant: front of the house, kitchen, and bar. Skilled in catering, bar tending, restaurant management, food/beverages management. Skilled in working in the kitchen, waiting tables, and washing dishes. Office work (including Microsoft Excel) and accounting.
Responsible for organizing work schedules for employees.
Knowledge of hiring, training, and firing employees to meet high standards of service and safety.
Knows how to order food products and supplies in a timely manner.
Is someone with the natural ability to lead. 20 years of excellent experience as a restaurant manager.
Quality enables to supervise a team of restaurant staff while having a strong management-employee bond. Must have strong communicative skills in Spanish and English. Must maintain the restaurant owners overall goals and vision
for the business.
Have a high school diploma
In-house training must meet basic requirement. Fluent in Spanish and English. Know culinary art of cooking Mexican cuisine. Experience to efficiently handle all aspects of day-to-day restaurant work.
