Human Resources Generalist

We have a supervisory position on 3rd Shift at our Tyson Foods facility in Camilla, GA. The shift is Sunday night -Thursday night from 10 pm to 7 am with occasional overtime required. The ideal candidate must be able to perform human resources responsibilities in a large union environment which includes complaint investigations, providing interpretation of Union Contract and company policies for managers and team members; ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations; and providing leadership and career development training to supervisors and managers. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Experience: 2-4 years previous verifiable HR experience. Computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Workday and Kronos systems is a plus. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
