process formulations, define
processing or handling equipment reqs & specs, & review processing techniques & methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, & evaluation of prdcts. Must have a Bachelors deg in Science, Engg or a rltd field. Must have 12 yrs of exp in process engg or rltd occupation. Must have the following skills: exp w/ deposition tool h/w, high K
processing, corrosive chamber cleaning gases, & thin film anlss using RS, ellipsometry, XPS, or XRD; knowl of ALD or CVD
processing & radio frequency,
microwave plasma generation or processing. The employer will
